Medora Area Plan
The Medora Area Plan is a land use/development plan focused on the City of Medora and portions of Billings County to the west, east, and south of Medora. The Plan is intended to prepare the area for future development. The Theodore Roosevelt Library Foundation is the plan sponsor. Billings County, the City of Medora, the Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation are funding partners and will all use the plan for their own planning purposes. Note that the plan will supplement the Billings County Comprehensive Plan and will serve as the City of Medora’s comprehensive plan. In addition to funding and other assistance from the Plan partners, the project is supported by funding from the ND Department of Commerce.
